Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where are you located and do you do home visits or virtual sessions? You can work with us in-person at our office in Westminster inside Nutrifit by Natalie! We also do concierge home visits and virtual sessions no matter where you are in the world.

2. How can I pay for my program? We accept cash, Zelle, CashApp, check, and credit or debit card. We have several payment plan options from 6-36 months with low monthly payments through Care Credit as well. You can apply for CC here: https://www.carecredit.com/go/767MFT/

3. Do you take health insurance? We provide a comprehensive, integrative, and innovative level of support that insurance does not sustain. Research actually shows that people reach their goals far faster, take more ownership of their health, and have better long-term quality of life when they pay cash rather than use insurance. We also find that our clients save money and time because The NS Reset Method works so much more effectively than traditional healthcare sessions limited by the constraints of insurance. However, Dr. Sarah is happy to provide you with a Super Bill to request reimbursement by your insurance.

4. Can I use my HSA/FSA card? Sure can! As a fully licensed and respected Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Sarah is happy to accept FSA/HSA card payments.

5. What ages of clients do you work with? Dr. Sarah has years of experience working with ages from 6 up to 96! The only ages we don't work with are toddlers and below, but we are happy to provide trusted referrals for newborn PT to any parents we are supporting through the pregnancy/peri-natal journey.

6. What is the difference between dry needling and acupuncture? Dr. Sarah practices Integrative Dry Needling - pretty much the love child of acupuncture and dry needling. Acupuncture is based on Eastern Chinese Medicine and targets acupressure points based on energy meridians. Traditional Trigger Point Dry Needling is based on Western Biology, Anatomy & Physiology. Integrative Dry Needling is generally gentler than traditional DN and gets more to the root of pain, tension, dizziness, and anxiety by regulating your nervous system as well as releasing trigger points or tight muscles. Dr. Sarah is one of a very few elitely trained practitioners in IDN with clients traveling from all around Colorado to see her!
